"Better quality than I expected for the price"
I picked up some bedding in the sale and I’m actually really happy with it. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but compared with other bedding I’ve bought around the same price, this feels much nicer and better made. It’s washed well so far too, which is always the real test for me. I’d definitely buy from them again

"Looks good at first, but the quality didn’t hold up"
I really wanted to like this because it looked nice when it arrived, but after just two washes it started fraying badly. What’s frustrating is that it feels like one of those situations where the return policy has just enough loopholes to make it hard to do anything about it once you’ve actually used and washed it. For the price, I expected it to last longer than a couple of laundry cycles

"Showed up quick, no real issues"
My order got here faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was decent too, not perfect but it did the job. Everything arrived safe and in good shape, so yeah, I'd defintely use them again.

"Refund took longer than I was comfortable with"
The return process ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. I kept checking for updates because I was worried I was going to get fooled or stuck without my money back. The refund did come through eventually, but it took way too long and made the whole experience stressful.

"Really quick and reassuring support"
I reached out expecting to wait a while, but they replied really quickly and got my issue sorted. It made me feel a lot less stressed, which is why I was so relieved with the service.

"Good stuff, but ordering was kind of a pain"
The products seem nice, but the ordering process was a bit frustrating. The website kept freezing when I got to checkout, and my confirmation email took quite a while to come through. It did all go through in the end, thankfully, but it just felt like more hassle than it probably needed to be...
